DIY Wrapping Paper

I have been a bit obsessed with stamping for over a year now and on some occasions I have made my own wrapping paper for birthdays. Being able to wrap with wrapping paper that you made, always makes the present that much special. It is also very simple and easy for you to do it yourself too.

Material that you need to make it are below:

  1. Wrapping paper (I used brown paper but you can get white paper)
  2. Stamps (I use a combination of stamps that I have collected from variety of shops, one that I often go to is a Esty shop ppappappiyo. She is a South Korean who makes stamps and other craft goods and is always cheap also she gives you little free samples of her other stuff too with your purchase)
  3. Ink pads
  4. Stamp Cleaner (I use this a lot to clean my stamps, can be found in craft shops)
  5. Pair of Scissors

And this is how you do it, you cut the piece of wrapping paper to the size of the present. Then lay it out flat onto the table making it easier for the stamps to be applied and Stamp like crazy as many as you like. I often like to leave plenty of space in between the stamps but you can make it cluttered as you like. In the end you are given this to someone so make it as personal as you like.

  • I go to see everyday some web pages and sites to read articles or reviews, however this weblog gives quality
    based writing.

  • Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this website.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s challenging to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and
visual appearance. I must say you have done a amazing job
with this. Also, the blog loads super quick for me on Opera.
    Excellent Blog!
